Information about our appointment policies and procedures
Appointment Policy
We value your time and make every effort to stay on schedule. To help us maintain our schedule, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need it.
A fee may be charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
Emergency Care
If you experience a dental emergency during office hours, please call our office immediately. We will make every effort to see you as soon as possible.
For after-hours emergencies, please call our main number and follow the prompts to reach our on-call dentist.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
For patients with insurance, we will file claims on your behalf. Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will help you maximize your benefits, but you are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.
A detailed estimate of your treatment costs will be provided before beginning any procedure.
